" I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate this software. There are so many features, it is almost impossible to pick my favorite, so I will name a few. The interface is so attractive, and so easy to use. The sorting/filtering functions have been improved so much that I can use the data in many ways I hadn't even thought of before. I also really like the letter functions. Although I had fashioned a semi-automated method of creating letters from the data with the earlier version, this version has already saved me over 1 hour a day. The automatic calendaring of Trustee’s Sales to Outlook is unbelievable. The map function, again, has saved me so much time that I feel a little guilty. Chasing these foreclosures used to be a lot of work. This software now does all the work for me. If you agree that time is money, this program will pay for itself the very first day you have it. In fact, this software is so good, you could probably charge several thousand dollars for it and it would probably pay for itself within a month.
